Yes! We all have different start points but I recommend training off the horse to anyone looking to improve their riding.
What is FRC Mobility?
Functional Range Conditioning training is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principles and research. The FRC system of training I have found particularly useful with equestrian athletes in expanding their active and useable range of motion. Meaning a more supple, effective seat & far less injury prone too.
I ride every day, do I still need to train out of the saddle?
In short yes. Every rider no matter how often you ride can benefit from training out of the saddle. Training is an extremely useful tool in keeping the body strong, supple & identifying and ironing out any imbalances. But I will say your training may look very different to your stable mates and that is normal.
